Episode 28 | Re-Framing Negative Beliefs with Michelle Anhang
Michelle Anhang is a Professional Certified Coach who arrived at life coaching after almost 20 years in law and finance. She holds a BA in Psychology from York University in Canada. Michelle had a difficult journey that led her to where she is today. She uses these experiences to support families living with mental health challenges, and her mission to end the stigma surrounding mental illness.
In addition to working on-on-one with clients, Michelle also leads workshops and women’s circles on personal empowerment, mindfulness and meditation in both Canada and the US. Whether Michelle is challenging you to re-frame negative beliefs or motivating a group to find the courage to “be seen”, she creates and holds space for self-compassion and fierce enthusiasm to flourish.
