If you follow me on Instagram, you’ll know I’ve been obsessing over The Skinny Confidential podcast for the past couple weeks. Full disclosure, when I first started listening to the podcast I wasn’t a fan, but as soon as I got past the first few minutes of ads, I was hooked. This podcast covers everything from health & wellness to skincare, business and relationship advice. I listened to episodes #117 with Soko Glam founder Charlotte Cho and #109 with Kate Somerville; let me just say, I’m influenced.

Shortly after the party begins, a raging storm traps the guests inside the host’s mansion and a murderer starts killing off the guests one-by-one. NYT_POD_SUGARS_1400

Dear Sugars is a New York Times advice column podcast hosted by Cheryl Strayed and Steve Almond. If you are a mom, a wife, a girlfriend, daughter, etc. listen to “Emotional Labor: The Invisible Work (Most) Women Do.” Emotional Labor was the first Dear Sugars podcast I listened to, and I could just envision my mom nodding her head in agreement.

Skimm’d from The Couch by Carly Zakin and Danielle Weisberg

1200x630bb

Skimm’d from The Couch is hosted by theSkimm’s co-founders Carly Zakin and Danielle Weisberg. This podcast shares the no BS version of the road to success by “inviting powerful female leaders to sit down and chat about everything from celebrating career wins to the worst advice they’ve ever received.” Recently, they sat down with the founder and CEO of Beautycounter, Gregg Renfrew. I learned so much in this episode about beauty and skincare products that contain harmful chemicals.  If you’re interested in listening, it is episode 15 titled, “Gregg Renfrew: Founder and CEO of Beautycounter.”

I’m always searching for something new to listen to, so comment down below what your favorite podcast is!
